I have been using the Google Webmaster's Tools for quite a while now. So far it lived up to my expectations, most of the time it helps me in the monitoring of some site statistics such as sitemaps and querry statistics as well as page analysis.

Another very useful tool from Google is the site analytics. There a lot of useful features such as  conversion, marketing, and content summary. It also gives you an idea about where your visitors came from, thus telling you if you're marketing strategies and advertisements are successful. Which visitor is new and which is returning as well as the percentage, which tells you if your website contents is worth re-visiting.
